Are costs and expenses included in contingency fees?

No. Costs and expenses, such as court filing fees, expert fees, and deposition transcripts, are distinct from our legal fees. That said, we aim to provide a transparent breakdown of your anticipated costs upfront to limit any surprises.

Can we switch fee structures mid-matter?

Fee agreements are generally set at the outset of your case, however, we are open to revisiting your fee structure if the scope of work changes significantly. If we do make a change to the fee structure, we will talk it through with you first and put the new terms in writing so we are all on the same page moving forward.
